Booking Terms & Conditions

You are responsible for booking your round-trip flights to and from the relevant UK airport (LHR or MAN) and for ensuring timely arrival for the start of your tour. You must advise us in writing, at least two weeks before the start of your tour, of your arrival and departure information including airlines, flight numbers and scheduled arrival and departure times. You may request alternative pick-up and drop-off locations and times if you will not be arriving at and departing from LHR or MAN.

A passport, valid for at least six months beyond the start of your tour, is required for all travelers to the United Kingdom. It is your responsibility to have a valid passport in your possession and to obtain a supplementary visa or other documentation that might be required under UK immigration regulations. You must also comply with all UK laws and behave at all times in a manner consistent with UK norms.

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, lost or stolen luggage, travel delays and cancellations, and other travel-related risks.

Revisions to any aspect of your tour (including late additions to the tour party) will be allowed wherever possible and we will make any necessary and reasonable adjustments to the tour arrangements. You must request revisions in writing. You will be advised of and you must agree to any additional costs before we proceed with your request.

We are not responsible for the policies and practices of third-party service providers such as hotels, restaurants, vehicle rental firms, public transportation firms, site operators and tour guides. Nor are we responsible for defects or failures in the services they provide or consequential difficulties or losses you might incur.

We are not responsible for disruptions to your tour caused by inclement weather, road works, traffic congestion, closure of or limited access to sites, variations in accommodation standards, or any other eventuality beyond our control (including acts of God). We reserve the right to modify any aspect of your tour in the course of the tour, with the least possible impact on its quality, for any reason of this kind or for reasons of safety or statutory requirements.

We are not responsible for unexpected price rises or changes in currency exchange rates. In such circumstances you will be advised of any consequential increase in the price of your tour. You or we may choose to cancel the tour if the increase exceeds 5% of the original price. In this case a full refund will be issued, except that we will retain the deposit you already paid and we reserve the right to deduct any costs we might have incurred in setting up the tour and cancellation penalties that might be levied by third-party service providers. If you booked a Tailor-made Tour, we also reserve the right to retain the fee you already paid for your personalized itinerary.

The price of your tour includes: met by the tour guide at LHR or MAN airport, transport in comfortable vehicle, personal driver, expert guides (as needed), taxis and/or public transport (as needed), overnight accommodation, breakfast every day, branded travel bag, site entrance fees, parking fees, tips, service charges and 24/7 support.

The price of your tour does not include travel to and from LHR or MAN airport (including transatlantic flights) and meals other than daily breakfasts.

A deposit of 10% of the tour price is due at the time of booking. If you booked a Personalized Tour or Tailor-made Tour, the deposit will be reduced by the fee you already paid for your itinerary.

The balance of the tour price is due 30 days prior to the start date of the tour. A 5% discount will be applied if the balance is paid 60 days (or more) before the start date of the tour.

A full refund will be issued if you cancel the tour 90 days (or more) before the start date of the tour, except that we reserve the right to deduct any costs we might have incurred in setting up the tour and cancellation penalties that might be levied by third-party service providers. If you booked a Personalized Tour or Tailor-made Tour, we also reserve the right to retain the fee you paid for your itinerary.

A 75% refund will be issued if you cancel the tour between 90 and 61 days before the start date of the tour, with the exceptions described above. A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel the tour between 60 and 31 days before the start date of the tour, with the exceptions described above. No refund will be issued if you cancel the tour 30 days or less before the start date of the tour.

These Booking Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without notice. Your agreement to these Booking Terms & Conditions constitutes your agreement to any updates.
